Associate Architect Position Available in Leigh-on-Sea

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Architect to join our team at an Associate level. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, be proficient in Revit, and possess excellent client-facing and project-running capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring design integrity and technical excellence.
* Manage client relationships, understanding their requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
* Oversee project teams, providing mentorship and guidance to junior staff.
* Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning policies.
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* ARB registered architect; RIBA Chartered Membership preferred (Membership Fees paid)
* Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in the UK.
* Proficiency in Revit is essential.
* Demonstrated experience in running projects across all RIBA stages.
* Strong technical knowledge, detailed knowledge of UK regulations, and with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Desirable Attributes:
* Experience in sectors such as residential, commercial, or healthcare.
* Familiarity with sustainable design practices and technologies.
* Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position is competitive and will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications (anticipated range £60K to £70K). We also provide a benefits package including private healthcare.
