KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.\n \n Job Title: Management Assessor - ODM L5\n \n Location: Home/Field based \n \n Salary: £35,000 - £38,000\n \n Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage, Pension + more\n \n Type: Full Time, Permanent\n \n Essential Criteria;\nHold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.\nMust have experience of delivering full Apprenticeships in Operations Departmental Manager Level 5 and Team Leading Level 3.\nMust hold solid occupational experience in Management.\nMust have a good level of ICT skills.\nConfident to support learners Maths and English Functional Skills.\nHappy to conduct online remote assessments - and face to face when required.\nFull, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.\nMust be flexible with travel.Duties:\nAssess and support learners working towards the Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager and Level 3 Team Leading Apprenticeship Standards. \nDelivering online learning via MS Teams to gather evidence and face-to-face if required.\nManaging your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.\nOrganise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.\nSupport, advise and motivate learners.\nOvercome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.\nWork to learner review and completion time-scales.\nMeet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely reviews, paperwork, EPA and general administration.Please note:\n KM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
