Introduction to Role:
Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of digital customer engagement? We are seeking a Head of Digital Customer Engagement to own our Digital Platform Excellence agenda and build a successful team that continues to innovate and maximize valued interactions with customers across our brands.
Accountabilities:
As the Head of Digital Customer Engagement, you will be responsible for operational frameworks and ways of working to ensure digital customer engagement is part of the integrated customer engagement model. You will optimize and embed the Brand Strategic Plan (BSP) and Business Operational Plan (BOP) within the team. You will also drive delivery excellence across content generation and measurement by working with third parties, internal teams, and/or GCO engagement.
In this role, you will be responsible for digital governance in accordance with the latest guidelines and best practices. You will form strategic partnerships to realize digital marketing ambition against key domains. You will lead technical integration and platform utilization for platforms that support and optimize delivery of Omnichannel and Digital Customer Engagement across our GTM model. Your role will also involve delivery of compliant SEO for website excellence and information hierarchy. Develop critical metric and digital insight reporting across digital channels and touchpoints, delivering to relevant teams and leveraging in planning processes. You will also provide campaign and asset refinement recommendations after launch and campaign optimization based on measurement and insights captured. You will manage digital content demand forecast and content factory pipeline against business priorities.
Essential Skills/Experience:
* Marketing and sales/multi-channel experience
* Digital Customer Engagement experience (SEO, Digital Media Buy-in)
* Understanding of marketing strategy
* Strong interpersonal, leadership, and consultative skills
* Budget management and business case development
* Line or matrix management experience
Desirable Skills/Experience:
* Deep knowledge of channels
* Previous experience in media agency
* Previous experience in healthcare environment
* Customer insight experience
* IS/IT background
