Job overview
ESTEP East, the Early Intervention in Psychosis team covering South East Essex, is seeking an excellent candidate to develop a new role within the team. The successful candidate will be central to the team achieving and maintaining excellent standards across all clinical areas, particularly in relation to the National Clinical Audit of Psychosis (NCAP) standards.
In this role, you will assist with flow and capacity, support clinical staff with the completion of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), maintain an overview of service performance, provide relevant training and supervision, and offer higher-level administration support as needed. Additionally, there will be opportunities to support staff in providing interventions, undertake specific project work, and create/maintain spreadsheets, databases, and plans to assist with monitoring concordance with the NCAP audit/standards.
Main duties of the job
* Work collaboratively with key partner organisations, clients, carers, clinicians, and other practitioners within the Multi-Disciplinary Team to support high-quality interventions and outcomes related to the NCAP standards.
* Support team leads and team manager with managing key performance indicators, supporting flow and capacity, and ensuring the submission of monthly performance reports and associated data.
* Undertake and maintain oversight of relevant quality improvement work or other projects, including increasing lived experience involvement.
* Support team leads with maintenance of Health Roster, staff rotas, planners, and associated requests.
* Assist with the induction of new staff members and students, including the provision of Mobius and other system training and ordering of remote working equipment.
* Maintain staff training records for the service and ensure they are up to date.
* Take minutes for MDT and business meetings as required and manage the MDT case presentation rota, referrals, and caseload sheets and data.
* Take minutes of complex strategic/professional meetings as required.

Person specification
Experience
* Essential criteria: Experience of administration work within community mental health services.
* Desirable criteria: Experience of formulating and maintaining spreadsheets.
Driver
* Essential criteria: Car driver with valid licence.
* Desirable criteria: Access to own car.
