Position: Senior Technical Account Manager (SAP Business One)
Type: Full-time, Sales-focused
Location: Home-based with travel to customer sites and office as needed
Responsibilities:
* Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with SAP Business One customers.
o Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on SAP investments and roadmaps.
* Sales and Growth:
o Identify and drive additional sales opportunities (software, services, training, etc.).
o Own sales activities, including demos, pre-sales, quotes, and CRM updates.
o Meet or exceed sales targets.
* Collaboration and Support:
o Partner with internal teams (Support, Marketing, Consulting) to enhance customer satisfaction.
o Provide pre-sales demonstrations and technical insights to close deals.
* Other Duties:
o Take on customer transfers from other SAP partners.
o Ensure high standards in advice, proposals, and overall customer care.
Qualifications:
* SAP Expertise: Proven experience as a consultant for SAP Business One.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written presentation skills in English.
* Mobility: Full UK/EU driving license and ability to travel freely within the UK and EU.
