Nenegate is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic English teacher. We are looking for a creative, passionate and energetic teacher who can work alongside the team as we strive to bring about rapid improvement to secure better progress for our learners.
The successful candidate will be a highly committed team player, with a true passion for English and an understanding of the strategies required to motivate and inspire students. They will play a part in promoting the subject throughout the school.

The ideal candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status and degree in specialist subject
* Experience of teaching at KS3 to KS4
* Evidence of securing high outcomes from students
* Ability to use IT to support effective teaching and learning
* Commitment to continuing professional development
* Effective form tutoring and committed to the importance of pastoral support
* Understand and be a proud advocate of the five values of all Meridian Trust schools
* Believe that students make the best progress when teaching is well planned and well delivered
