Hours: 5 days per week 9am-5.30pm - although flexibility needed
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 - depending on experience plus bonus
Prebookers is a hospitality consultancy business specialising in sales and marketing solutions for the hospitality industry. We work with a range of diverse brands to establish their prebooked sales growth potential. We identify the solutions best designed to maximise that opportunity.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Prebookers team in a senior position, and work with our fantastic portfolio of hospitality brands. Our clients include premium roof top venues, unique pubs, national restaurant brands, experiential venues and bespoke event spaces. To fulfil this role, you will require a proven track record of success growing reactive and proactive sales within a hospitality setting.
You will be someone who has the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will be a confident, organised and inspirational man manager, leading by example and possess a passion to grow your career still further.
About you

9. Excellent planning and time management skills
10. Familiar using enquiry management systems (e.g. Collins, SevenRooms, Tripleseat, Open Table)
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing your own senior consultancy projects with our clients to deliver their required results
2. Man-management and leadership of other consultants and overseeing their project portfolios
3. Identifying new business streams and new clients for the company
4. Working with existing clients to maximise their sales growth potential
5. Building a pipeline of new clients for the key services of consultancy, recruitment, enquiry management and training
6. Training new members of the sales team to perform effectively within their client activities
7. Creating sales plans to achieve KPIs both for clients and Prebookers
8. Demonstrating best practice in proactive and reactive sales as well as all forms of administration
9. Being professional and presentable at all times
