Job Description Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am- 5pm. This is a hybrid working role with travel required across our Eurofins UK sites. We welcome applicants from across the UK. The purpose of the role is to support the Group Quality & Technical Manager in the administration of technical issues. This includes validation of new methods, support on client queries, technical support on laboratory issues across the group and technical support for the Sales Team where required. Duties include: Supporting the Group Quality & Technical Manager to deliver projects across the group Supporting the Group Quality & Technical Manager to deliver new methods across the group Work alongside the Group Quality & Technical Manager to harmonise the existing group methods where appropriate and to ensure the scope of testing reflects the business needs To carry out verification/validation of both new and existing methods at any or all of the sites Carry out problem solving investigations as needed on any of the sites Support the Group Quality & Technical Manager in investigating client technical queries Support the Group Quality & Technical Manager in ensuring consistency of testing across multiple sites Ensure Compliance to the 17025 standard at all times by adhering to the in house quality procedures provided. • Streamline the operational processes and make good use of IT so as to achieve high efficiency. Responsible for adhering to all company standards in the area of safety, housekeeping and quality, notifying management of any discrepancies. To be an Internal Auditor for all sites.
