Logistics and Installations Associate
Location just outside of Glasgow, with some travel required.

They are now seeking a motivated and dynamic Installations and Logistics Associate to join their team based in Bellshill. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their career, with the potential to progress into a technical, field-based installation role.
The Role:
You will play a key role in managing the fulfilment and delivery process while supporting the installation and dispatch of critical equipment. This role offers opportunity for hands-on technical involvement and travel as part of future development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take full ownership of the fulfilment and sales delivery process, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure accurate setup and timely delivery of sales orders.
* Maintain and update work instructions and process documentation.
* Manage SAP system updates, stock movements, and activities.
* Proactively communicate with Account Managers and Customer Support regarding delivery challenges.
* Control and monitor stock movements and liaise with the procurement team to maintain stock levels.
* Coordinate demo equipment requests and handle loan/demo stock requirements.
* Support the dispatch process and loan requests for service calls.
* Ensure adherence to lean principles and ISO 9001 standards.
* Promote best practice sharing and knowledge transfer across the team.
About You:
* Basic electrical skills are an advantage.
* Experience with logistics and dangerous goods is beneficial.
* Familiarity with hand tools is desired.
* A valid driving licence (or willingness to obtain one).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
* Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
