Firm Our client, a leading International law firm are seeking a Practice Assistant to support their Corporate team within their Central London office. Opportunity As a Legal PA for the firm's Corporate Law team, you will play an essential role in supporting the firm's lawyers with a variety of tasks. You will be involved in both administrative and legal processes, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the team. Duties will include: Manage and organise calendars, appointments, and meetings for team members Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports Assist with the preparation of contracts, agreements, and corporate documents Coordinate and manage client communications, ensuring timely follow-up and responses Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion Organise complex travel arrangements and accommodation for the team Maintain filing systems (both physical and electronic), ensuring documents are easily accessible Support the team with billing and time-keeping tasks as required Attend client meetings and take minutes where appropriate This Legal PA opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm.
