We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and experienced F&B Sales & Events Manager to oversee the sales and events activities for a group of 4 bars and restaurants. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving sales growth, building brand awareness, and implementing innovative sales & marketing strategies. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry. Other keys skills;
1. Possess excellent communication skills. You’ll need to be a good co-operator with a professional, warm, trusting and friendly approach, reacting to change in a positive way.
2. Well informed about the market and industry.
3. Ability to build and maintain long lasting relationships with existing and new clients.
4. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to stay calm under pressure, adapting your approach to complete routine and non-routine tasks.
5. High attention to detail and accuracy – great at managing one’s own time.
6. Have a creative and innovative approach to driving sales.
7. Great team working skills whilst being comfortable and able to work alone.
