With an annual salary of 50,000 - 55,000, this role offers a competitive package for the right candidate. Our client is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to children with emotional and behavioural difficulties. They are expanding their services with the opening of a third home, aiming to create a nurturing environment where children can thrive.
As the Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for:
1. Leading the opening and setup of the new children's home.
2. Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and achieving registration.
3. Overseeing day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of care.
4. Managing and supporting a team of dedicated care staff.
5. Developing and implementing policies and procedures.
6. Building positive relationships with children, families, and external agencies.
7. Monitoring and evaluating the home's performance and making improvements where necessary.
