HR Advisor
* 6 month FTC
* Up to £45k per annum

Oakleaf Partnership are seeking two HR Advisors to join our clients' team on a 6 month FTC covering members of the team that have been seconded into other areas of the HR function. This professional services organisation has a large HR function supporting its employees from its Manchester, Leeds & Sheffield locations.
As the HR Advisor in this organisation, you will hold a true generalist role, supporting a dedicated business area, assisting managers and employees alike with all HR-related matters. You will work closely with the area’s dedicated business partner, delivering on key projects and providing ad hoc reports on performance. Your duties will include but will not be limited to:
* Managing employee relations matters quickly and effectively, identifying any trends and working with line managers and stakeholders to provide solutions.
* Providing accurate advice on all policies and procedures.
* Supporting all change activities including Organisational design, TUPE, and Redundancies.
* Monitoring probation periods and conducting end of probation reviews as well as supporting managers with appraisals.
* Working with the wider HR team and collaborating on projects across the organisation.
To be considered for either of the two vacancies, you will need to demonstrate previous experience in a HR Advisor role, with the ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team. If successful, you will receive a generous salary with competitive benefits.
