Assist Services Group are looking for exceptional security professionals with excellent customer service and immaculate presentation to work at London s most prestigious 5-star hotel. Assist Services Group are currently recruiting Male and Female security officers to work alongside our existing security team within the 5 hotel. We are therefore interested in hearing from people with a background in LUXURY HOTELS, customer services, and front-of-house / reception security. Given the nature of the hotel, we are particularly keen to hear from people who are bilingual. You must have the ability and be willing to adapt to any evolving working environment. This is a rotational security officer role that will require officers to spend periods of time outside the premises as well as inside the building. The position will also include static roles and patrolling roles. This is a very diverse role where all officers will be required to cover all positions around the 5 hotel. Interview Process: 1st Stage: Interview at our head office in Wandsworth. Your presentation will be examined and determine whether the candidate will be the right suit to meet the client's requirements. Documentation will also be completed and recorded in line with the BS7858 vetting compliance. 2nd Stage: Client meet and greet on-site at our 5 hotel. The candidate will be meeting with our operations manager and the head of security at the hotel to confirm placement and initiate start dates. Hourly Pay Rate: 13.50 Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off. Rotation from day shifts to night shifts. For example, 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 days off, 4 days on. Following this pattern. 12 hours per day. 07:00 - 19:00 19:00 - 07:00 Minimum Requirements: 2 Years experience working within a 5 hotel or luxury environment. A valid DS licence. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Be responsive to the clients need and work in partnership with the client and other suppliers to support the delivery of the services. Must be able to work under pressure, be able to make decisive decisions during incidents and difficult situations. Strong knowledge of site processes and procedures. Professional & Personable. Immaculate presentation. Right to Work in the UK. 5-Year employment / educational history. Preferred Requirements (not essential): Proven experience in Front of House / Customer Service or relevant roles in an advantage Bilingual Emergency First Aid Certificate. ACT training Certificate. Conflict management training. Be able to use two-way radio s Responsibilities & Duties: Monitoring and control building entrances. Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations. Patrol the hotel on a regular basis recording any maintenance / fire checks around the building. Assist guests with room access. Respond to accidents and assist guests / employees during emergency situations / evacuations. Defuse guests disturbances and escorts them off the property if necessary. May be required to monitor security feeds and conduct daily / physical hazard inspections. Maintaining systems that monitor contracts working in and around the hotel according to the company health and safety policies. Maintaining systems that record the issue and receipts of departmental keys, items loaned out to members of staff. Maintain the security logbook and incident reports. Monitoring suspicious behaviour / packages and be aware of bomb terror threat procedures. Ensure hotel facilities and function rooms remain secured and locked when not in use. Conduct investigations, gather evidence, bag searches following a report of misconduct, discrepancies, or violations immediately. Assist staff investigating and report of any allegations of theft, criminal damage, and other incidents to supervisor at the hotel and to your operations manager. Complete required shift reports and maintain confidentiality of all loss prevention documents. May be required to stay to assist with the Hotel Events.
