Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus

We’re on the hunt for a Group Parts and Service Manager to take our parts and service operations to the next level. What You’ll Do
* Refine Inventory Systems: Implement and manage advanced systems to organise and track parts with pinpoint accuracy.
* Enhance Efficiency: Create workflows to maximise the use of parts, reduce waste, and drive profitability.
* Multi-Site Leadership: Lead service and parts teams across locations, aligning them to KPIs and company objectives.
* Service Management: Optimise service calendars for maximum efficiency and unlock opportunities for upsells.
* Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment on processes.
* Budget Responsibility: Oversee parts and external works budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high standards.
* Drive KPIs: Deliver on key metrics, including stock accuracy, parts order turnaround times, and service revenue growth.

* Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the automotive sector, with a deep understanding of parts and service workflows.

Company background
SuperBike Factory was started in our founder’s garage back in 2010. Fast forward 14 years and we’ve grown into Europe's largest used motorcycle retailer with over 3000 motorcycles in stock!
We now have 6 sites across the UK. Our head office is still in Macclesfield, but we’ve expanded to Donington Park, Bradford, Bristol, Milton Keynes, and Crawley employing around 300 people along the way with plans to expand even further.
