About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified demonstration appointments for our Homesearch products. The role involves identifying potential clients, contacting them, and setting up meetings with key decision-makers. Your target will be to book 5+ meetings per day with relevant prospects.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospecting and Lead Generation:
*
o Identify potential clients within the real estate and property sectors.
o Build and maintain a pipeline of leads using CRM tools and external research.
* Outbound Communication:
*
o Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to engage with prospective clients.
o Maintain a high call volume and email outreach to secure demonstration appointments.
* Appointment Setting:
*
o Book 5+ demonstration meetings per day with decision-makers such as real estate agents, property managers, and other professionals within the industry.
o Ensure all appointments are well-qualified and aligned with Homesearch’s product offerings.
* Relationship Building:
*
o Build rapport with prospective clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value of Homesearch products.
o Establish long-term relationships with clients to ensure future business opportunities.
* Collaboration and Reporting:
*
o Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from appointment setting to closing.
o Regularly update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on prospects and booked meetings.
o Provide daily and weekly reports on progress and achievement of targets.
* Market Intelligence:
*
o Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products to better position Homesearch offerings.
o Provide feedback on market conditions, customer needs, and product improvement opportunities.
About You
* Experience:
*
o 1-3 years of experience in a business development, sales, or lead generation role, preferably within the real estate or proptech industries.
* Skills:
*
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to engage prospects, listen actively, and understand client needs.
o Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and lead generation tools.
o Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Mindset:

o Target-driven and self-motivated.
o Resilient and able to handle rejection.
o Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Desirable:

o Knowledge of the property or real estate sector.
o Experience in selling SaaS products.
