Closing Date – Applications close 25 th April at 5pm A chance to thrive We’re looking for an Associate Supplier Manager to join our Banking Supplier Management team at Tesco Bank, part of Barclays Bank UK Plc. · You will have exposure to our external Banking Third Parties, who are critical in supporting our customers every day. You’ll also be closely working with our business stakeholders and senior leadership team, gaining exposure to their priorities and business strategy. · This is a great opportunity for someone to join the team and develop into Supplier Management, contributing to the department’s growing success. · This role sits with in the Banking Supplier Management team, which is one of three teams of Supplier Managers in our department. We work closely alongside the Policy, Framework and Systems team, all under our Head of Supplier Management, and within Technology Business Services. What you’ll be doing Key roles and responsibilities · Supporting across the Banking supplier management team with key tasks to ensure our success, reporting on performance, service and risk exposure. · Directly managing 2-3 non-material suppliers, engaging with those third-parties directly and managing expectations of the business. · Owning daily, weekly and monthly operational tasks to support our Print and Mail fulfilment, ensuring customer queries are dealt with, volumes are reconciled, and stock is ordered to forecast. · Provide operational incident management support and analysis across the Print & Mail supply chain. · Collaborating with Policy, Framework and Systems team to ensure Banking team are compliant with the Supplier management framework, and ongoing development of joint ways of working.
