Our client is undergoing an exciting period of growth and because of this they are looking to add a Project Manager to their already successful office based team.
Reporting to the Senior Estimator and working alongside a small team you will handle multiple projects from the point of order through to completion. Projects will be a mix of small and large scale working with clients including architects, installers, estate managers and NHS trusts.
This is an established building products manufacturer within the commercial interiors new build and refurbishment markets focused on public sector projects.
The role is office based role with occasional trips to sites across the UK but mainly in the South. Due to the location of the office applicants could commute from the Surrey, Hampshire or Berkshire areas.
Responsibilities include:
* Evaluating project information received from the sales team to check technical compatibility from both a manufacturing and accreditation perspective.
* Taking ownership of individual projects and targets.
* Working closely with clients and colleagues to agree and finalise project details and to be the central point of contact.
* Compile manufacturing schedules / drawings for client approval.
* Liaising with clients by email, phone, video calls and occasionally site meetings to discuss project details and answer questions.
