Duties Will Include:
* Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients and candidates to generate new business opportunities and expand our network.
* Client Visits: Meet with clients to understand their recruitment needs and build strong, long-lasting relationships.
* Registering Candidates: Screen and register candidates, ensuring a thorough understanding of their skills, experiences, and career aspirations.
* Email Campaigns: Create and manage targeted email campaigns to engage with clients and candidates effectively.
* Resourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
* Placing Adverts: Write and post compelling job adverts to attract suitable candidates for our clients.
* Networking: Attend industry events and build a robust network of contacts to support business development.
* Admin: Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Headhunting: Proactively search for and approach high-caliber candidates for specific roles, using advanced recruitment techniques.
