About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to lead a solo home supporting a young person with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment while ensuring the home operates to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the solo home, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with Ofsted regulations.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff, promoting a positive and therapeutic environment.
Care & Safeguarding:
Ensure the safety, well-being, and emotional development of the young person in residence.
Implement and monitor personalised care plans and behaviour support strategies.
Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Maintain high standards in line with Ofsted regulations and best practice guidelines.
Ensure policies, procedures, and safeguarding measures are strictly followed.
