Responsibilities for a Temporary Events Organiser:
* Great organisation skills
* Excellent communication and team work
* Quick to learn and pick things up
* Flexible and able to travel to different areas
* Experience of running and organising events
* Ability to take part in event follow up e.g. writing good news stories.
* Strong IT skills and written communication
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Events Organiser should have:
* A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
* A pro-active approach and ability to work under pressure.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in managing events, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
* Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the organisation.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
