We are searching for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon with a specialism in surgery for an exciting opportunity at a leading Small Animal practice in Ingatestone, UK. Salary: Salary for this role will be dependent on experience and will be reviewed annually.

What you will do:
1. Work a balanced schedule of 4 days per week, with shifts from 8.30am to 8pm on two days and 8.30am to 5.30pm on the remaining two days.
2. Provide on-call backup for inpatients and manage emergencies presented before 8pm, once every fortnight.
3. Participate in the weekend rota, covering one in every eight Saturday mornings from 8.30am to 1pm, in addition to one in eight duty weekends.
4. Carry out non-routine surgeries such as TPLO, lateral suture, and patella stabilisation, while helping to develop our laparoscopic surgery offerings.
5. Contribute to bank holiday cover, taking shifts up to two per year, following the regular Sunday rota.
6. Support consultations and procedures across our branches, ensuring high-quality veterinary care for all our patients.
