We are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant for 15 hours 30 mins a week, term time only. The working week will be Thursday 8.00 a.m. – 4.30 p.m. and Friday 8.00 – 4.00 p.m. This will be a busy and varied role and the successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, be enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to work using their own initiative and as part of a team. You should be able to multitask and manage a varied workload. Experience of clerical work in a school setting including operating the school’s management information system (SIMS) would be an advantage. Essential duties include: general clerical tasks including photocopying, word processing and laminating, general typing and data entry, telephone and reception duties, dealing with deliveries and enquiries from staff, parents, trade people, pupil attendance, collection and banking of monies and helping with school admissions.
