We have an opportunity for you Role: Presentations Specialist Location: City of London Shifts: Monday - Friday, 10:00 - 18:00 Work Model: Fully on-site Job type: on going contract Salary: £18 p/h Key Responsibilities To complete amendments to and create documents as requested by clients using the Bank's template To take ownership for the quality of your work and the associated deadlines To use Symphony for job related duties accurately and effectively To accurately estimate the production time and liaise with Workflow Coordinators to ensure deadline adherence To share knowledge and encourage a supportive team culture Taking a pro-active approach to attendance and time management Ensuring adherence of objectives and contractual obligations (Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators) To quality check a sample of work produced and record findings on relevant systems To act in a professional and consultative manner to all clients Key Skills The candidate must have advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
