* £35,000 - £42,000 for Civil Engineer
* £45,000 - £50,000 for Senior Engineer

Their client base includes Developers, Contractors, Cost Consultants, Planning Consultants, Architects, and M&E Consultants.
As part of their growth strategy, the company aims to expand its civils team from 2 to 6 members within the next year.
Team Structure
* Current Civils Team:
* Associate Civil Engineer
* Civils Technician
Key Responsibilities
As a Civil Engineer, you will:
* Produce Flood Risk Assessment (FRA) reports.
* Prepare drainage designs and drawings (C1060).
* Develop drainage models using CADs and 3D software.
* Work with MicroDrainage for drainage designs.
* Handle projects involving:
* Highways (S278/S38 agreements).
* AIPs (Approval in Principle).
* Cut & Fill calculations.
* Retaining wall designs.
Software Tools
* Drainage: MicroDrainage
* Highways & Earthworks: AutoCAD Civil 3D
* General Drawing: AutoCAD
