Description
The Creative Product Manager will play a pivotal role in executing all creative briefs delivered from the Creative Manager. This position requires a creative and production focused person who can oversee the entire production and post-production process, ensuring that content is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
The Creative Production Manager will work closely with the Creative Manager and collaborate with various teams to bring innovative ideas to fruition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Creative Brief Management:
* Receive creative briefs and plans from Creative Manager.
* Develop clear, actionable plans to execute the creative vision with the production and post production team.
* Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives for all briefs outline and achieved.
* Own the responsibility of all content creation, allowing the Creative Manager to focus on creativity development and creative sign off.
1. Project Management:
* Oversee the full lifecycle of creative projects from concept to completion.
* Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
2. Content Production:
* Lead the production process, including pre-production, shoot coordination, and post-production.
* Manage the selection and negotiation with the in-house production team, freelancers, and other external partners.
* Ensure all content meets quality standards and is delivered on schedule.
* Work with the Creative Manager to sign off on all content and creative in a timely manner allowing for re-edits.
3. Creative Collaboration:
* Work closely with the Creative Manager to define clear output on all briefs and deliverables.
* Collaborate with designers, copywriters, videographers, and other creatives.
* Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment.
4. Quality Control:
* Review and approve all creative deliverables, ready for final sign off with the Creative Manager and project stakeholders.
* Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all content.
* Implement feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions.
5. Performance Analysis:
* Track and analyze the performance of creative projects.
* Create clear measurables around content performance vs brand-led performance.
* Provide insights and recommendations for future improvements.
* Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
6. Management:
* Manage a team of creators, producers, and retouchers.
* Work collaboratively with the Creative Manager and Visual Brand Manager.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
* 5+ years experience brand or agency side working in creative production/shoot production.
* 3+ years managing a studio/production team, executing to briefs and deadlines, managing the experience from pre to post production.
* Experience managing budgets.
* Organized & great time management.
* Keen eye for detail.
* Proactive problem solver.
* Experience working in growing businesses with ability to implement and scale processes alongside growth.
* Thorough understanding of Adobe Creative Suite.
* Experience retouching/editing.
* Experience with lighting/set production/equipment.
* Experience shooting photo/video a plus.
