Employed Childminder Registration Field Consultant
Location: UK Wide
We're looking for people to support our registration visit processes at tiney. We need people who are energised by people, thrive in early years settings and have a good understanding of what a high-quality early years experience looks like. At tiney, our mission is to 'unlock the potential of every child'. We believe that educating young children is one of the most important things anyone can do. We're attracting talented individuals into early years education, we train them to provide a life-changing education for children, and support them to launch and run their own ‘tiney home nurseries’. This is where you come in.
When someone registers with tiney, we go through a thorough registration process with them to make sure our tiney home leaders are delivering world-class childcare. Your mission will be to undertake pre-registration calls and registration visits for our tiney childminders.

7. Collaborating with colleagues to share feedback and ensure any issues identified during visits are addressed in line with safeguarding procedures.
8. Contributing to the planning, delivery, and evaluation of registration visits to ensure thorough compliance with agency and statutory requirements.
9. Staying informed of current legislation, regulatory changes, and best practices in early years registration processes.
10. Carrying out any other support duties to support the safeguarding or growth team at tiney.
