Job Description
* Lead and develop a team managing accounts receivable and payable.
* Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any financial discrepancies.
* Implement and maintain effective financial controls and processes.
* Prepare regular financial reports for senior management.
* Drive continuous improvement within the finance department.
* Oversee compliance with financial regulations and standards.
* Ensure excellent customer service within the finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Transactional Finance Manager should have:
* A strong background in accounting and finance, covering all aspects of transactional finance
* Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
