Key Responsibilities:
1. Research, analyse, and develop modifications to compensation programs to meet identified organisation objectives and needs.
2. Assist with job documentation, job evaluation, salary administration, and special studies and own merit budget planning and administration.
3. Monitor competitive trends in cash compensation, conduct surveys and analyse results for compensation planning.
4. Develop administrative procedures and administer special compensation plans.
5. Run annual compensation programmes and advise managers on individual salary treatment and participate in development of compensation policy.
6. Annual Remuneration Review: Support the delivery of the annual review; provide relevant payroll, market pay, and employee engagement analyses and insights; draft employee communications and management briefings; prepare line-management decision-making tools.
7. Incentive Programme Design: Support the design and delivery of employee incentive programs; provide relevant financial, operational, and business performance analyses and insights; draft elements of the technical design; draft internal management reports.
8. HR Data Analytics and Insights: Deliver complex analyses of HR data; identify key trends and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
9. Job Analysis and Evaluation: Contribute to the design and delivery of job analysis and job evaluation methods and processes; draft elements of the technical design; facilitate job evaluation programs and/or evaluate jobs, taking appropriate action to ensure consistency of standards.
10. HR Data Management: Contribute to the development and testing of HR data collection forms or questionnaires in a specific area of expertise to ensure the collection of relevant data in line with defined requirements.
11. Improvement/Innovation: Identify shortcomings and suggest improvements to existing processes, systems, and procedures, then deliver a plan for a small element of a change management program with guidance from Reward Director.

Minimum Requirements:
* University degree qualification, ideally in HR, Finance, Mathematics or Science based discipline.
* Track record of data analysis, ideally within a Reward Function.
* Strong numerical acumen with the ability to reason with numerical information and data.
* Good knowledge of job evaluation methods.
* Good knowledge of compensation packages and market trends.
* The ability to work to deadlines and strong project/time management skills.
* Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.
* Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
* Works with full competence to leverage HR information systems (HRIS) and other relevant software applications to efficiently manage reward data.
* Influencing without formal authority.
* Able to work in a fast-paced matrix environment and balance core reward principles with tactical hands-on activities.
* Demonstrate high ethical standards.
