About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
1. Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs in both one-to-one and small group settings.
2. Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
4. Support students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
5. Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers and SEN staff.
6. Help students develop confidence, independence, and essential life skills.
