A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking an Employers Agent with a Building Surveying background to join their Kent-based office.

The Employers Agent - Building Surveyor Role
As an Employers Agent/Building Surveyor, you will work on a variety of new build project management schemes, including contract administration of remediation projects, building safety case work, and detailed report writing.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing new build project management schemes.
2. Delivering contract administration and remediation projects.
3. Handling building safety cases and providing detailed report writing.
The Ideal Employers Agent - Building Surveyor Will Have
1. MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential).
2. RICS-accredited degree, ideally in Building Surveying.
3. Experience within a construction-focused practice.
4. Public sector project experience (advantageous).
5. Demonstrable Employers Agent experience with strong report writing skills.
In Return
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
28 days annual leave, including extra time during the Christmas period + birthday off
