We are working with a UK-based charity to find an experienced Marketing Manager who can take ownership of both day-to-day activity and long-term planning across multiple divisions. This role offers the chance to make a real difference—supporting social enterprise, fundraising, and community outreach through effective, purposeful marketing.
This is not just about managing posts and newsletters—it's about delivering campaigns that matter. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the organisation's values and messaging are clearly communicated across all platforms, both internally and externally.
What you'll be doing:
1. Leading the organisation's marketing calendar and aligning activity across B2B and B2C audiences.
2. Managing and mentoring a small, creative team (2 direct reports).
3. Planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns, including social media, CRM, content, and email.
4. Playing a key role in B2B engagement, especially through LinkedIn, and supporting fundraising initiatives.
5. Using data and insights to monitor campaign performance and improve future results.
6. Taking ownership of CRM activity (Mailchimp), and exploring opportunities to grow the organisation's digital reach.
7. Supporting internal communications and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
We are looking for someone who:
1. Has 5+ years' experience in a marketing and communications role.
2. Understands how to develop and deliver effective marketing strategy across multiple platforms.
3. Has hands-on experience with CRM, content creation, and social media.
4. Is confident using data to evaluate campaign success and inform decision-making.
5. Brings excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.
6. Has strong organisational and project management abilities.
Desirable:
1. Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Wordpress, or Adobe Creative Suite.
2. Experience working across both B2B and B2C sectors.
3. An interest or experience in photography or video content creation.
