The Women, Children & Families Clinical Group have a vacancy for the post of Database Assistant to work within Colposcopy at Ninewells Hospital. This post is required to provide complete admin support to the Colposcopy service.
We are looking for a proactive person for this interesting and varied post. Excellent, accurate keyboard skills are essential including the ability to audio type. Must possess excellent organisational skills with the ability to forward plan. Exceptional communication skills are essential in this role; you will have a pleasant and helpful manner and work well as part of a team. A good knowledge of general office duties is also required.
Hours of Work: 35hrs Monday-Friday
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
