Our relief team are our superheroes... travelling around our sites to support with the day to day running in the absence of Store Management team (due to holidays etc.). If you drive, have access to a car and love a challenge this could be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective functioning
2. Manage and lead a team of retail associates, providing guidance and support
3. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
4. Create and maintain visual merchandising displays to enhance the store's appeal
5. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner
6. Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
7. Implement store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards
8. Collaborate with other store managers to share best practices and achieve overall business objectives
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in retail management is preferred
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
3. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
4. Organizational skills to effectively manage inventory, schedules, and store operations
5. Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries or issues
6. Ability to effectively manage a diverse team and foster a positive work environment
