Our client, a leading drinks business is looking for a Logistics Administrator to be responsible for the timely and efficient import and export administration of gift components from the EU, Far East, India and beyond.
Responsibilities:
1. Arranging the packing of finished goods to meet customer specifications.
2. Placing, chasing and raising payment requests for purchase orders.
3. Managing and instructing suppliers, such as freight forwarders, factories in the UK and overseas, warehouses, and packers.
Candidate requirements:
1. A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management or equivalent.
2. Imports and Exports administration experience.
3. Good communication skills and ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
On offer:
1. Salary will be circa GBP28,000 + Bonus.
2. 25 leave days + 8 bank holidays.
3. The role will be based in the Hertfordshire area.
4. Hybrid remote working options (3 days in the office).
