An exciting interim opportunity has opened within our growing Procurement team!
Were seeking a proactive Procurement Operations Co-Ordinator to join us on an 8-month fixed-term contract (until July 2025) tosupportour business expansion and takeon a fast-paced, impactful role.Starting in April 2025, HCRG Care Group will take on three large service contracts, increasing our client offering, staff base, supplier base, and spending footprint.
In this role, youll collaborate with and support stakeholders across the entire business, manage cases through ServiceNow and a shared inbox, and contribute to strategic projects alongside the wider Procurement team.
This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from home 90% of the time, with only occasional travel to our head office in Runcorn. Alternatively, youre welcome to base yourself in one of our various office locations.
Main duties of the job
1. New supplier set ups - Completing due diligence checks,approvals, bank details andencouraging use of established vendors
2. General maintenance of supplier records
3. Verifying and updating bank details for supplier records and manual payments
4. NHS Supply Chain Setting up new accounts, maintaining current ones
5. Proactis/Supplier Queries for end users Receipting, cancelling/raising POs, finding a supplier, obtaining quotes
6. Receipting on behalf of Finance to reduce penalty fees or accounts on hold
7. Redirecting and expediting emails to the correct department.
8. Supplier price updates, HCRG name changes, couriers, expediting
9. Supporting with Account Forms for services
10. Delivery queries & supporting with mis-deliveries to Head Office
