Job Title: Benefits Specialist Location: Chester Remuneration: £22 p/hour Contract Details: Rolling 12 month contract Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Benefits Specialist to join their team. As a Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operation of benefits programmes for assigned markets, ensuring efficiency and an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities: Understand, interpret, and communicate benefit plan provisions and processes. Drive implementation of new benefit designs and process changes into operations. Execute day-to-day activities related to benefit plan eligibility, enrolments, terminations, and claims. Manage renewals and enrolment windows in partnership with benefits system provider. Review and update system-generated communications and content on the benefits system and HR portal. Research and problem-solve on issues related to benefit programmes. Assist with compliance and governance of all total rewards plans. Specify and implement required benefits system changes.Must-have requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. In-depth experience in Benefits Administration. Demonstrated analytical abilities and attention to detail. General knowledge of HR policies, processes, and regional Employment Laws and Benefits legislative requirements. Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, and changing environment. Experience working in a multi-cultural/multi-country work environment. Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and understandable way. Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset.Ideal candidates would have: Practical operational experience of other HR processes. Experience working within an HR Shared Services delivery model.
