We are looking for a dedicated Case Worker to join our team in Southall. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hybrid role, combining office-based and remote work, while supporting single homeless refugees in achieving sustainable housing and community integration. Key Responsibilities: Frontline Service Coordination: Provide essential support to refugees at risk of homelessness, working with 7 West London boroughs. Expert Knowledge Application: Utilise your understanding of housing and homelessness legislation to relieve homelessness and sustain tenancies. Target-Driven Solutions: Negotiate with local lettings agents, private landlords, and other agencies to find the best housing solutions for clients. Client Engagement: Manage your caseload effectively, driving engagement and creating co-produced Integration Plans. Community Integration: Assist clients in securing accommodation and integrating into their new communities. Holistic Support: Link clients with education, employment, health, and other support providers. What We’re Looking For: Knowledgeable: Experience or qualifications in housing and homelessness legislation. Proactive: Solution-focused and able to achieve high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Experienced: Previous work in a target-led environment, with strong negotiation skills. Empathetic: Genuine, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with clients and partners. Organised: Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload.
