About the job you're considering
Capgemini’s Intelligent Customer Operations practice focuses on designing, transforming, and operating clients’ Customer Contact Centres Operations. This includes:
* Consulting: Contact centre assessments, customer journey design, digital operating models and strategies
* Technology: Contact Centre and CRM deployment, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions, data-driven CX improvements
* Outsourcing: Transforming and operating BPO contact centre operations
Hybrid working: The work location varies based on role, needs, and business requirements, combining office, client sites, and home, but not exclusively remote.
Your role
Support the creation, development, and closing of sales pipelines for contact centre solutions, contributing to the growth of the practice. Responsibilities include:
* Building a sales pipeline through networks and client engagement
* Creating and communicating innovative contact centre solutions
* Assessing existing processes and technology to identify improvement opportunities
* Contributing to proposals and RFx responses

Your Skills and Experience:
* Experience in designing and selling contact centre consulting, technology, and outsourcing solutions
* Experience supporting sales pipelines and winning new business
* Familiarity with RFI/RFP processes and proposal development
* Understanding of commercial modeling in the BPO contact centre market
* Cross-sector experience (e.g., Automotive, Retail, Energy, Financial Services)
* Knowledge of contact centre technologies and automation solutions is advantageous
