Clinical Nurse Specialist - Orthopaedic
Location: 30 Devonshire Street, The Princess Grace Hospital, London
Full-time: 37.5 hours/week, Mon – Fri (Service open 8am-9pm) with occasional Saturdays
Shifts: Flexible on working hours to meet service needs
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
The Princess Grace Hospital is recruiting a dedicated and passionate Orthopaedic Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join their Outpatient Department.
As a clinical leader, you will facilitate patients’ journey from first contact to discharge, ensuring high standards of patient-centered care while collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, including therapy teams and governance.
You will independently promote and teach the enhanced recovery programme after surgery (ERAS), lead clinical audits and research under the guidance of the Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, and commit to improving practice based on research findings.

Skills & Experience:
* NMC registered
* Significant experience with major Orthopaedic cases (e.g., hip and knee)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication (verbal, non-verbal, written), positive attitude, and sensitivity
