The Agency Services team is responsible for administering loans in various capacities, including agent, participant, bilateral, and syndicated models. This role involves executing operational processes across middle and back office support functions, ensuring accurate documentation, booking, funding, and reconciliation of AD's products.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Process daily drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, prepayments, rate fixings, and other loan processing activities.
2. Claim and collect fees and interest related to these products.
3. Review and clear account reconciliation breaks.
4. Provide timely and accurate information, data, and reports.
5. Deliver excellent internal and external customer service.
6. Review and approve peer group transaction entries into the system-of-record.
7. Regularly review procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.
8. Provide project status updates, activities, and performance data.
9. Other tasks as assigned by your team manager.
Your Profile:
* You are fluent in French (spoken and written).
* You possess comprehensive knowledge of Loan Agency administration and documentation.
* You demonstrate multitasking abilities under pressure while maintaining high standards.
* You work well in a team environment, have strong organizational skills, and can prioritize effectively.
* You possess strong communication skills.
* You are proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
