Full time Office Administrator supporting a busy lawyer based in Tamworth. This role offers flexible hours if you wish to be part time - minimum 30 hours per week. Client Details My client is a successful law firm looking for an Administrator to support the team based at the Tamworth site. Description Booking meetings and arranging travel Coordinate and manage scheduling, appointments and meetings. Assist in preparation of correspondence, reports and presentations. Maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring information is accurate and readily available. Manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers as necessary. Junior paralegal work which will be trained Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls. Any additional adhoc support as and when requiredProfile Experience working in the professional services or financial services industry Experience working as an Administrator or Legal Assistant Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to multitask and work under pressure. A proactive approach and the ability to take initiative.
