Job summary To provide senior clinical and professional leadership to staff, patients and their families for advice, assistance, and support.To be accountable for the oversight of optimum quality patient care within the area of an 18 bedded Inpatient. To be responsible for the coordination of safe, high quality focused care to improve patient, family and staff experience whilst ensuring visible clinical leadership and that high professional and clinical standards are maintained. To have the overall responsibility for the line management of the senior nursing structure within the identified service and will work as a key member of the Senior Team to influence continuous improvement across Inpatient Services in the interest of patient care.
