We are looking for bright switched on candidates with experience in administration who enjoy working within a busy fast paced environment.

Key responsibilities:
· Applying for HMO and selective Licenses (compliance)
· Applying for property numbering and address registration
· Liaising with tenants about appointments
· Dealing with tenant complaints
· Instructing compliance certificates
· Answering phone calls and taking messages for maintenance related issues
· Instructing maintenance jobs when needed
· Chasing contractors for job completion
· Registration of bills for new tenants or void properties
· Assisting maintenance manager with day-day duties
· Logging and filing documents
What the employer is looking for:
· 3 years + Administration experience
· Excellent customer service skills
