Job summary
Waveney Adult Community Mental Health Services are looking to recruit a conscientious, calm and confident individual to become part of the well established administration team. This role will be supporting the Clinical Team Managers with management support admin.
The team are based at Victoria House in Lowestoft and provide adult mental health treatment in the community.

This role is offered on a permanent contract. The hours of work are hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Main duties of the job
You must possess excellent time management skills, a positive approach and be able to remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate will need to have the ability to confidently and sensitively deal with telephone calls from individuals who may sometimes be distressed or upset.
Previous administration experience is essential. Full training will be given.
You will need to be able to demonstrate the strength of your communication, prioritisation and administration skills at the same time as showcasing your knowledge of IT systems. You will be able to evidence a flexible response to service needs and the ability to think creatively. Experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative and maintaining confidentiality are also essential.

Staff rotas
Annual leave / sickness reporting
Logging of supervisions / appraisals
