Growth Manager
As the growth manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving sales excellence and fostering a performance-driven culture. You’ll lead a talented team, empowering them to meet and exceed targets, while implementing strategies that fuel business expansion and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Motivate and guide your team to consistently achieve and surpass revenue goals.
* Develop and execute plans to grow existing business and identify new opportunities.
* Use metrics to monitor individual and team progress, providing regular feedback and actionable insights.
* Support team members with tailored training and development plans to maximize their potential.
* Create a positive and productive work environment that inspires teamwork and accountability.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with customers to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity, using insights to refine strategies and stay competitive.
* Ensure your team is well-equipped to showcase the full range of services we offer.
Requirements:
* Has proven leadership experience and a passion for coaching and motivating teams.
* Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
* Thrives on achieving goals and has a track record of hitting targets.
* Understands the sales process and can translate that knowledge into actionable strategies.
* Is organised, proactive, and decisive in managing tasks and challenges.
* Previous experience in B2B sales.
* Strong IT skills, particularly with Excel and CRM tools.
