Salary: £25,000 £30,000 per annum
Hours: 08:30 17:30
Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holiday

Key Responsibilities: Process and manage invoices in line with company policies.
Handle incoming finance-related correspondence and distribute accordingly.
support credit control, maintaining accurate records and chasing outstanding payments.
Support with cost transfers and approvals.
Assist with month-end reporting, including time, billing, cash flow, and budgeting reports.
Maintain and reconcile cashbooks and bank accounts.
Monitor and update calendars to ensure deadlines are met.
Assist in implementing new finance processes and improvements.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and procedures.
General administration duties
