With decades of experience, we are committed to investing in our people, developing cutting-edge training programs, and setting the highest standards for ethical conduct.\n\nThis is a UK-wide role, offering you the chance to work in varied locations, meet people from all walks of life, and enjoy the flexibility to plan your day.\n\nAbout the Role\nAs a Trainee Enforcement Agent, you’ll play a key role in supporting individuals to resolve their debts, all while assisting local authorities in recovering funds to reinvest into vital community services.\n\nYou will receive full training through our industry-leading academy, equipping you with the skills and certifications to excel in this challenging yet rewarding career.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Visiting properties to arrange payments of outstanding debts.\n\n * Setting up repayment plans and advising individuals on managing their financial situations.\n\n * Completing paperwork and compiling concise reports.\n\n * Assessing vulnerability and offering guidance or signposting to support services where needed.\n\n * Handling cash payments and collaborating with office-based colleagues.\n\n * Taking control of goods or removing goods when legally required.\n\n * Traveling independently to various locations daily, often managing your own schedule.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe’re looking for people who:\n\n * Are adaptable communicators who can connect with people from diverse backgrounds.\n\n * Remain calm and professional in emotionally charged situations.\n\n * Are problem-solvers, able to think flexibly and adjust to new challenges.\n\n * Are dependable and ethical, always doing the right thing.\n\n * Treat individuals with dignity and respect, without judgment.\n\n * Are willing to learn and apply new skills through structured training.\n\n * Have a full UK driving licence (held for at least two years) and can drive manual and automatic vehicles.\n\nNo prior experience is necessary – just the right attitude and a drive to succeed.\n\nWhat’s in it for You?\n\n * A basic salary of £23,800 to £26,000, with uncapped bonuses and overtime (OTE £30,000 to £60,000).\n\n * A company-provided vehicle, fuel card, and expenses.\n\n * 29 days holiday, increasing with service, plus the option to earn extra leave.\n\n * Access to industry-leading, fully paid training to become a Certificated Enforcement Agent.\n\n * A company pension scheme and life assurance plan.\n\n * Access to an Earnings on Demand Scheme and employee discounts.\n\n * Health and wellbeing support, including a free Employee Assistance Programme.\n\n * A career with independence and flexibility – plan your day your way.\n\nAdditional Information\nThis is a full-time, permanent position requiring 40 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends to meet individuals at home.\n\nSuccessful applicants will need to pass a DBS check and CCJ/IVA check prior to employment
