An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Tilgate Annex team as their new Ward manager and Leader.
We are looking for an experienced Nurse who has excellent communication, clinical and managerial skills to join the team within the GIM specialty. With the support of the Matron, Practice Development Nurses, you will be providing leadership to our team of Nurses, Nurse Associates and Nursing Assistants.
Tilgate Annex is a GIM - General Internal Medicine - Ward, a 21 bedded unit which accepts patients from the Emergency Department & Acute Medical Unit for assessment and treatment.
The successful applicant must be able to lead the team, demonstrate strong leadership and clinical skills and have a minimum of two years of relevant experience at a Band 6 level.
