At Eddie Wannop Ltd we are looking to expand our team with an Admin Assistant Apprentice. This exciting position will include helping with the running of a newly renovated holiday cottage. You will be involved in managing bookings, dealing with any queries or special requests, organising cleaning, gardeners and maintenance, checking on the property following bookings, checking stock levels and general admin and record keeping. Other aspects of the role will include: Social media – Daily updates on all our social media platforms across all sectors of the business. Advertisements – Dealing with local advertisement companies to get quotes and discuss advertisement opportunities. General emails, calls and tasks set by the MD involving contacting customers and suppliers on his behalf. Visiting sites to gather information for potential jobs. Skills Required: Good telephone manor. Full Driving Licence. Interest in social media preferred Able to use a computer. Personal Qualities: Strong communication skills Work well on their own and as part of a team. Have good organisation and pride in their work. Qualifications Required: GCSE grade 4 in maths and English or equivalent qualification
